About Brian

Brian’s entire 28-year professional career has been at St. Catherine’s. He started at the Agency as a home-based therapist in one of the Agency’s Prevention Programs, which he now oversees as the Associate Executive Director of Community Based Services. His early work at the Agency, providing direct services to the areas’ most vulnerable children and families, continues to inform his leadership style and serves as a motivator for developing quality and effective programs that positively impact the lives of our service recipients.

In his tenure at St. Catherine's, Brian has amassed over 18 years of managerial and program development experience. He's managed the children's residential, foster care, and currently community-based services programs. He has overseen the development of multiple programs including our therapeutic foster care program based in Kingston, New York, the Byron House group home, and the Children’s Health Home Care Management Program. Most recently, he has focused his work on helping the Agency make the transition to Managed Care reimbursement in response to New York State’s efforts to transform the Medicaid away from a fee-for-service system.
