About Jaclyn

Jaclyn serves as the Chief Operating Officer at St. Catherine’s Center for Children. In this capacity she provides direct oversight for Residential Services, Education and Day Treatment Services, Foster Care Services, Community Based Services, and Homeless and Housing Services. She serves as strategic liaison with government agencies, service providers, and the local business community. Jaclyn brings experience in development and her knowledge, skill, and passion for trauma responsive care to continuously identify quality funding that supports the mission and work of St. Catherine’s. As a member of the Executive Management Team, she works to ensure the fiscal health, service vibrancy, and overall wellbeing of the Agency.

Jaclyn’s passion for working with vulnerable children and families began as a Patient Care Associate in the Pediatric Unit at Albany Medical Center. She has served as a faculty member for The Sanctuary Institute. During her tenure with the Sanctuary Institute, Jaclyn most closely worked with the Office of Child and Family Services Department of Juvenile Justice and Opportunities for Youth providing assessment, training and consultation.  As an expert in Trauma Informed Care, she has worked with a diverse range of organizations including Juvenile Justice, Residential, Community Based Services, Public and Private Schools, and Early Childhood Development.

Jaclyn is an insightful leader vested in organizational growth. She engages the St. Catherine's workforce to create accountability for the systems changes they want to achieve.
