Dr. Kerri Harrington brings 23+ years of experience in the human service field. With a Ph.D. in leadership, Dr. Harrington has spent many of these years leading, developing, and growing organizational stakeholder teams in implementing sound programming for students with social/emotional, and behavioral disabilities. She has dedicated her career to making a difference in people's lives and has traveled nationally to provide training, workshops, strategic planning, embedded coaching, professional development, and much more for organizational leaders and their constituents. Dr. Harrington has been called an effective change agent for organizational cultures, team building, and improving success/performance. She also brings a wealth of experience in special education, working with students with Autism and emotional disabilities. Kerri has experience in an array of roles including Special Education Teacher, Special Education Coordinator & Director, Assistant Superintendent, and Consultant to Residential and Education Programs alike.
Kerri holds a professional certification in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) and holds her School Administrator/Supervisor Permanent certificate, as well as School District Administrator Permanent Certificate.
