St. Catherine's named a Times Union Top Workplace for 2021

St. Catherine’s Center for Children has been named a Times Union (TU) Top Work Place for 2021.

“We are proud to be included with the businesses and organizations that have been named among the best employers in the Capital Region," said St. Catherine's Executive Director Frank Pindiak.

Times Union Top Workplaces are identified based on employee feedback. Employees participate in a survey which asks about work environment, leadership, benefits, and other workplace topics important to employees. Top Work Places are selected based on that feedback.

Hundreds of Capital Region employers participated in the annual survey, while only 62 made the TU's Top Work Place list. Winners are ranked in various categories based on company size.

“Our social workers, health professionals, clinicians, case workers, educators and support staff dedicate their lives to serving traumatized children, families, and adults," said Pindiak. "I’m proud of the work they do to support the most vulnerable among us. And, I'm delighted that their feedback places us among the best places to work in the region.”
