St. Catherine’s Access360 Lands $522K Grant to Support Local Residents In Need
ALBANY, N.Y. – St. Catherine’s Center for Children has recently been awarded a grant from the Momentum 3 Capacity Building Fund, totaling $522,210.00 from Healthy Alliance to support the agency’s Access360 Program. This grant will allow Access360 to address health disparities and improve the overall health of thousands of Medicaid recipients in the Capital Region by providing health-related social needs (HRSN) services. St. Catherine’s Center for Children was granted this funding for its commitment to cultivating a healthier community.
