YONKERS, N.Y. – St. Catherine’s Center for Children in Kingston is receiving a $25,000 funding boost from the American Rescue Plan.
The money will support the nonprofit organization’s Kinship Care Programs, which provide care for children who are removed from parental care and transferred to therapeutic home settings in the Hudson Valley.
Additionally, the funding will aid in the recruitment of more foster families, ensuring continued support for children in need of care and stability.
