Leadership

Jill has worked as a human resource professional for over 25 years and thrives on supporting and developing employees. Having spent the better part of the last 15 years in the property management/affordable housing industry, she is driven to focus on the community and the less fortunate. Jill has direct oversight of all human resources functions including recruiting and retention, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with federal/state laws.  She will also partner with the Director of Staff Development to ensure the growth and success of all SCCC employees and the Finance team on payroll matters.

Jill is certified with the American Payroll Association, and senior certified with the Society for Human Resource Management. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources, as well as a master’s degree in Business Management. She has also served on the Board for Shoes and Clothes for Kids (not for profit) in Cleveland, Ohio. Jill also has a huge passion for employment law. 

Originally from Minnesota, Jill has relocated into the Capital Region after living in Cleveland, Ohio for 27 years. Having served as President of the Cleveland Polka Association, she is proud of her Polish heritage and works hard to promote Polish Polka Music. Jill also enjoys golf, traveling, and all sports (Mets, Giants, Rangers, and Knicks). Her sister (adopted from Korea through Seoul, Korea through Catholic Charities) co-owns a private social work agency in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area.
