Kelly is responsible for the oversight of the Finance, Human Resources, and IT departments at St. Catherine’s. She is responsible for the creation of the annual

budget and the Agency’s adherence to it, filing of fiscal reports to funding sources, the review of departmental financials with program heads, Human Resources and payroll matters, the implementation of new technology, and more.

Kelly, has spent her entire tenure, spanning ten years, with St. Catherine’s in the Finance Department, serving in several roles. She started in Accounts Payable and worked her way up until she assumed the role of CFO in September of 2022.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Oneonta and she earned a Certificate in Accounting from Hudson Valley Community College.
