Leadership

As Chief Operating Officer, Jaclyn provides direct oversight for Residential Services, Educational Services, Foster Care Services, Community-Based Services and Homeless & Housing Services. She serves as strategic liaison with government agencies, service providers, and the local business community. As a member of the Executive Management Team, Jaclyn works to ensure the fiscal health, service vibrancy and overall well-being of the agency.

Jaclyn’s passion for working with vulnerable children and families began as a Patient Care Associate in the Pediatric Unit at Albany Medical Center in 2001. She has a range of professional experience, including: Direct Care, Case Management, Program Operations in Residential Child Care and Residential Social Work as well as Executive Management in child and family-serving organizations.

Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Ithaca College and a Master of Science degree in Health Psychology from the University of Sciences in Philadelphia.
