Leadership

Kristine has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and helps to support and develop employees.  Kristine has direct oversight of all human resources functions including recruiting and retention, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with federal/state laws.  She partners with the Director of Staff Development to ensure the growth and success of all SCCC employees and the Finance team on payroll matters.

Kristine is certified as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) with the Human Resources Institute and is a an active member of CRRN (Capital Region Recruiters Network) as well CRHRA (Capital Region Human Resources Association.)  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from SUNY Oswego.
