Kirsten is in charge of our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program. This is an internal, systematic process to assess and improve organizational performance. The process includes the assessment and analysis of multiple sources of information to ensure the Agency’s compliance with federal and state policies and procedures, as well as the best practice standards of the Council of Accreditation.

Kirsten has a wealth of experience with 28 total years in human services on both the state and non-profit agency sides of the industry. In addition to serving communities here in New York’s Capital Region, she has also worked in the states of Oklahoma, Texas, and Virginia. Kirsten has experience in Child Protective Services, Preventative Services, Long-Term Care Case Management for children, Foster Care, and Permanency Planning.

Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work (BSW) from Oral Roberts University and a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Oklahoma.
