Stephen is in charge of our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program. This is an internal, systematic process to assess and improve organizational performance. The process includes the assessment and analysis of multiple sources of information to ensure the Agency’s compliance with federal and state policies and procedures, as well as the best practice standards of the Council of Accreditation.
