Marillac shelter provides temporary residential shelter and supplemental services to families who have lost their homes. Marillac is Albany County's only shelter designed exclusively for families. Marillac services provide advocacy and assistance to address conflicts and issues that lead to homelessness. Marillac staff works with individuals and families to secure permanent housing, employment and other essentials. Families may be housed for up to six months at a time. Supplemental services are available for families making the transition from a shelter back into the community.
